Jurong Bird Park

Jurong Bird Park is one of the attractions that we visited when we were in Singapore last July 2012. This park is managed by Wildlife Reserves Singapore and home to large species of birds from around the world. This is a cool place to visit, though we never thought it to be quite big to explore and only stayed there for half day never getting to see the other half of the park.

One of the interesting place to see here is the Breeding and Research Center where eggs are incubated.

They also have bird shows that are really cool to watch:
Kings of the Skies
Birds n Buddies

Jurong Bird Park is open from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM daily.

To go there:
1. Ride MRT going to Boon Lay Station.
2. Ride bus 194 or 251 from Boon Lay Interchange.
Travel time is around 1 - 1.5 hour.

Enjoy and don't forget to bring along your kids! ^_^
