A Day at Taronga Zoo

One of the coolest place to visit in Sydney is the Taronga Zoo. From our apartment we took the train going to Circular Quay and rode a ferry to get there. Riding the ferry gives us a view of the city landmarks, the Opera House as well as the Harbour Bridge.

Taronga Zoo is an ideal place to travel with family and friends. There's a great variety of animals that can be found here.

If planning for a trip to Taronga Zoo, it is best to be there early to visit the different animal sites and enjoy the free shows. It is open from 9AM - 5PM. Better get a trail map to keep track on where you're going next as you might get lost inside. Bring some food and water as walking all over the zoo can be quite tiring.
